    I ordered from this shop after seeing an post on FB. I ordered items and apparently their system has only logged in items. So they charged me £. for delivery and claiming there is a minimum order for delivery and as I haven’t reached that minimum amount, they charged me an extra £.. There is no where during the ordering process this is clearly evident. The delivery fee is not clearly shown either. The owner claims to have received only items on the order. He was patronising, talking over me, unapologetic and rude over the phone. He said he will send me the receipt of WhatsApp, I told his he doesn’t have my permission to send me a message on WhatsApp and he still sent me an unsolicited message. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will most definitely do not order from this shop again. I will seek legal advice for sending me an unsolicited, unwanted WhatsApp message.
